[ the problem in this entire scenario is rather simple: gin has absolutely no idea why that man (and her brain is cataloguing through the dossiers she had read before coming here) is looking at urahara in such an intense manner. it's unsettling, and she has no idea why this could be.
as far as she knows of urahara kisuke- shop owner, shinigami, a little weird, and full of secrets but not actually involved in gin's world. the yakuza, the port mafia, all the underworld feuding that really didn't intersect most of the time with the shinigami things. or so, that is gin's understanding of things (which may be, unfortunately, lacking).
